Roberto Rosario f11eef7445 Add new class based dashboard widget. This new widget supports subclassing and is template based. All exising widgets have been converted. ACL filtering was added to the widget results.

Roberto Rosario e2f95b4d48 Add COMMON_PRODUCTION_ERROR_LOGGING setting to control the logging of errors in production. Defaults to False. Change the error log file handle class to RotatingFileHandle to avoid an indefinitely growing log file.
