f455bdbd2e Don't point field to a foreign key that doesn't exists yet, make migration dependant on actstream to avoid actstream error when deleting the obsolete content types, add frozen taggit model specifications to avoid taggit content type to be asked to be deleted during migration 0002. 9bdc8a5927 Cleanup of the legacy history app. 
The app was migrated to the events app and old translation files
are confusing translators.

e65f2deb2b Don't try to migrate defective documents. 
This change hardens the migration to not fail on documents without
doucument version from a failed import ('Uninitialized document').
