Makes sure that when we want to exit a game and the game is not there anymore, we can reset our cookies.
Fixes #27 , at least partially, there are still error messages, but at least it's playable again

Prepare statements for sql queries, use (int) to avoid nonint inputs

The goal of this edit is to prevent sql injection.
For string inputs like player name -> prepare sql statements.
For other inputs that are integers -> cast to int via (int)
