Roberto Rosario 958ce912a0 AccessControlList.objects.check_access was updated to do a 
Permission.check_permissions too. Remove duplicity.

Lokesh 1bfeda382a There was no REST APIs for role permissions mapping, role group mapping, role group mapping delete and get list of all permissions. 
So we have added all above APIs in this file.
