Expose new Django settings
Expose: AUTH_PASSWORD_VALIDATORS, DEFAULT_FROM_EMAIL, EMAIL_TIMEOUT, INTERNAL_IPS, LANGUAGES, LANGUAGE_CODE, STATIC_URL, STATICFILES_STORAGE, TIME_ZONE, WSGI_APPLICATION.
