A set of tools for ci

citools

A bunch of tools to be used in CI of course

Add and push a tag. Either increment major, minor or patch, date, date with a random number, or date + counter

Do not change tag format somewhere in the middle

Upload s3 and generate a link

Detect changes in latex files and dependencies, and generate a shell script to build the changed root documents

Requires Python: >=3.7
