Roberto Rosario 99a1d143ee Tests: Silence expected debug output during tests 
Several tests cause errors on purpose to test behaviors.
This commit mute these tests setting their debug level
to critical or by using a context manager to null their
stdout descriptor.

Roberto Rosario 8e69178e07 Project: Switch to full app paths 
Instead of inserting the path of the apps into the Python app,
the apps are now referenced by their full import path.

This app name claves with external or native Python libraries.
Example: Mayan statistics app vs. Python new statistics library.

Every app reference is now prepended with 'mayan.apps'.

Existing config.yml files need to be updated manually.

Roberto Rosario f9eb7d0fb5 Renamed the document type permission namespace from "Document setup" to "Document types". 
Add support for granting the document type edit, document type delete, and document type view
permissions to individual document type instances.
Improved tests by testing for accesses.
