Roberto Rosario cb1e90e19b Add PostgreSQL troubleshooting entry 
MAYAN_DATABASE_CONN_MAX_AGE when used with Gunicorn and a microthreads
backend will have the reverse effect of exhausting the connections
faster as they are not shared between threads.
