Roberto Rosario 0337ab5d92 Implement field order for the action dynamic forms. 
Perform action class validation by importing the class and
not relying on an instance of action model, which might not
exisit when still creating the action.

Roberto Rosario b63723feaf Implement a .clean method for the WorkflowAction class. 
Pass the view request to the form so that it can be passed to the
WorkflowAction clean method.

Roberto Rosario 5798cabd7c Add support to update the document indexes from workflow state changes. 
Add a new workflow field called internal_name for easier workflow
reference in document index templates.
Generalize the PropertyHelper class.
