Roberto Rosario 2fcb36c568 Support Google Font dependencies 
Allow downloading fonts from Google Font at install time.
Closes GitLab issue #595, thanks to Martin (@efelon) for the
report. Closes re-opened GitLab issue #343.
Remove included Lato font.

Roberto Rosario 2817ec17be Add support for logging errors during in production mode. 
Add COMMON_PRODUCTION_ERROR_LOG_PATH to control path of log file.
Defaults to mayan/error.log.
Add support logging request exceptions.
