3cff6593e6 fix name for unnamed undeclared types 
type->getAsTagDecl() may return null, e.g. in the following example:

struct Foo {
  struct {
    uint64_t len;
    uint64_t flags;
  } __attribute__((packed)) bars[BARS];
  ...
};
